Mobile Kitchen
The Homestead Chef
operates out of a fully licensed and approved 24' catering trailer
equipped with everything necessary to prepare all the meals listed here.
This mobility also provides a level of flexibility unsurpassed by a
conventional fixed-location kitchen.
How flexible are we?
Some options include:

Off-the-beaten-track
catering - we recently catered a party for 85 in a hay field on a farm.
(In fact, ask Gord about being the "Chuck Boss" at a 3-day trail ride!)

Sports team tournament
catering - sometimes you need the basics for a big crowd. No problem.

Fair & rodeo catering -
The Homestead Chef is just as adept at producing "concessionaire" foods
that are sure to please a hungry crowd, including our very own exclusive
"Spiral Spudz" - the
latest, greatest thing to happen to a potato! Here are some of the

and Rodeo.
